The large JB60-40 machine procured this time utilizes laser and computer-controlled automatic elevation measurement for floor design, adjusting in real time to ensure precise leveling. Laser leveling achieves at least 3-5 times the flatness of traditional methods, completing approximately 4,000 square meters of work per day, significantly improving work efficiency.

Vertical and horizontal slopes are achieved through a computer-controlled hydraulic system, ensuring precise control and implementation of floor slopes.

The laser emitter is independently positioned, allowing for the laying of large areas of ground while ensuring consistent elevation. Since the elevation is not controlled by formwork, there is no cumulative error. Compared to traditional methods, this construction method significantly reduces joints, thereby greatly reducing subsequent maintenance costs and formwork usage.

The laser leveling head consists of four parts: a scraper, a fabric spiral, a vibrator, and a leveling beam. It simultaneously performs multiple processes (scraping excess concrete, roller compaction, wood friction leveling, and manual smoothing) in one operation, improving efficiency and saving labor.

The vibrator operates at a frequency of 3000 times per minute and can be applied to dry, hard concrete, steel fiber reinforced concrete, and large aggregate concrete.

Depending on the equipment's performance, the laser leveling machine is equipped with auxiliary equipment such as a grinding machine, sewing machine, soft cutting machine, and high-speed linear cutting machine.
